Twin Cities Newborn Session | Waylon
As a photographer, there is nothing more special than capturing life’s biggest milestones for my clients. In fact, one of the greatest joys in my work is building relationships with couples on their wedding day and then being invited back to document their growing families. This is exactly what happened with Megan and Ben, who tied the knot in 2022 at the beautiful Oehme Oasis. Fast forward to December 2024, and I had the honor of photographing their newborn session for their sweet son, Waylon.
Megan and Ben’s newborn session was filled with warmth and love. Not only was their cozy home the perfect backdrop for this newborn session, but it also created an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We captured timeless portraits of Waylon’s tiny features, including his delicate fingers and adorable button nose. Of course we had to snap of few of Waylon and their pup too!
Looking back on Megan and Ben’s journey, it’s clear that being part of their lives from their wedding to welcoming baby Waylon has been an incredible privilege. This is why I love being a family photographer, especially newborn sessions! Staying connected with my clients and document their lives as they grow and change is such an honor.
